Your business.
In every answer.
Connect your documents, pages, menus and product details. Give customers relevant answers, helpful explanations and clear next steps, with your business knowledge as the source.
AsistaHub answers customer questions from your menus, documents and website, on the channels they already use. Optional modules, starting with QR menus, turn answers into next steps.
One assistant at the core. Your knowledge. Your channels. Your choice of modules.
Menu items, ingredients, opening hours and location details.

One business context. Consistent answers across your connected channels.
Illustrative preview with sample conversations, not a live chatbot or booking service. Restaurants and QR menus are the starting point; appointments and commerce are planned modules.
Customers shouldn't have to read your entire website to find one answer. Or wait for someone to complete a simple request.
We're connecting the information your business already has to the conversations and actions your customers need.

A customer starts on Instagram. Another asks on WhatsApp. Someone else visits your website. The vision is the same informed assistant, wherever the conversation happens.
Use the assistant on its own, or connect business modules. A menu, a booking page or a catalog can work as a customer-facing page and become part of the conversation.
We're starting with restaurant QR menus. The same foundation can extend to appointments, product discovery and events, without rebuilding the customer experience from scratch.
A clear, mobile-friendly QR menu is just the beginning. Connect it to your assistant so guests can explore dishes, ask about ingredients and find what suits them.
Help people understand your services, find the right location and request an appointment. Connect availability and calendars when a scheduling integration is in place.
Clinics · salons · professional servicesTurn product details into guided discovery. Recommend relevant items, link to checkout, and explore order or cash-on-delivery requests through connected systems.
Retailers · social commerce · online storesAnswer questions about schedules, venues and participation. Guide people from a conversation to a registration page, with booking workflows as the platform expands.
Events · classes · tours · communitiesThe direction: one organization, multiple locations and modules you can use independently or connect to your assistant. Pilot scope and integrations are agreed individually.
A simple idea behind every module: the assistant should understand the business, then help the customer move forward.
Your website, documents, menu, product information and service details provide the context. Keep the information under your control and give the assistant a business-specific starting point.
Choose channels and the modules your business needs. Offer a simple page, a conversational experience, or both. Shape the experience around how your customers actually interact.
As integrations become available, connect calendars, catalogs and business APIs. Check availability, collect a request or create a record, with confirmations and rules defined for each workflow.
Our planned hybrid architecture pairs Cloudflare at the edge with Microsoft Azure for backend services and AI workloads, so the platform can evolve with the businesses it serves.
AsistaHub is taking shape with a focused first module and a broader platform in mind.
Ask us something elseThe AI assistant is the core. QR menus are our first business module. The vision is to let you use the assistant alone, a module as a standalone page, or both together, with shared business knowledge and connected workflows.
Early access starts with restaurants: the AI assistant, answering from your menu and business information, and a QR menu page that works with or without chat. Appointments, commerce and event workflows are on the roadmap. This page shows the product direction; pilot scope, channels and integrations are agreed with each business.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and website chat are part of the platform vision. Channel availability will depend on the pilot, the required business accounts and the relevant platform approvals.
That is the direction for connected modules. An integration can check availability, collect required details and ask for confirmation before writing to a calendar or business system. These workflows need a configured integration and explicit business rules; they aren't live features of this preview.
Multilingual conversations and translated business content are part of the roadmap, including English, Turkish, French and German. Supported languages and translation quality will be validated for each pilot. This website and all its product previews are in English.
The intended approach is to answer from business-provided sources and ask for clarification when information is missing. For sensitive details such as allergens or clinical questions, it should avoid guessing and direct the customer to the business when confirmation is needed.
That's part of the modular platform direction: organization-level knowledge with location-specific menus, services, hours and customer pages. Custom domains, location structures and external integrations will be scoped with each business as the platform develops.
Share your business, the channels you use and what you'd like to connect. We'll reply by email to discuss fit and pilot scope. Restaurants come first; other businesses are welcome to start the conversation.
